Orders received in our store are purchases in ACRE Surveying Solutions S.L. Our phone hours are from 08:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 in business days.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing including the realization of a purchase constitutes acceptance by the customer our terms and conditions.

Purchase is not completed until ACRE accept it. ACRE reserves rights to refuse any order admission or cancellation, being obliged to return the amount paid by the customer and being free of any further obligation.


Products and services will be paid in advance by bank transfer or bank deposit account agreement unless agreed in writing between client and our company.


The shipping product will not be effective until the ACRE Administration Department verify customer payment.

Delivery will be completed when carrier has placed the products available to the client and has signed the document on receipt of delivery. The client must check the goods upon receipt and expose all the caveats and complaints may be justified in the document delivery receipt.

Acre send the products by the means it deems appropriate to meet their commitments.

A charge for postage depending on the selected delivery zone, the total amount of purchase and the product sold. However, Acre RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ADDITIONAL AMOUNT especially for heavy or bulky orders. If this occurs and the customer is not interested in the checkout with shipping listed, we will refund the amount paid and canceling the order. Acre is exempted any other commitment or obligation to you.

Below is a table of shipping costs:

Shipping paid for amounts exceeding € 300 in the Iberian Peninsula
For amounts below 300 € apply € 20 per order shipping least 6kg.
If the shipment is to be performed outside the Peninsula Ibérca or exceeds the weight or measures for standard shipping, the order is pending implementation of postage.


Generally, a request is sent (out of our offices to target) the next business day for orders whose payment voucher sent to us before 12:00 noon. If proof of payment is sent after this time, two days later. Delivery at destination will be made depending on the target area. In Peninsular Spain, will be the business day following the day of shipment. For shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula can be increased. However, these times are approximate and may vary for reasons beyond our company. Acre is not committed to any particular deadline, since the shipping process depends on third parties.

If the customer would require a specific delivery period should contact Acre to determine the conditions of the shipment.


In our system we have for sale only products in stock. Nevertheless, synchronizing with the web store is not instantaneous. Furthermore, the period of time between a client registers an order on the site until we receive and process the payment receipt any product could be exhausted. Therefore, it could give a few isolated cases in which an order can not serve due to lack of stock.

When it is not possible to serve a product due to lack of stock, Acre will contact the customer to communicate, to cancel the order and refund your money immediately by bank transfer.

In these cases, always be refunded to the customer and cancel the order. NOT BE POSSIBLE TO KEEP THE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT SOLD TO SERVE WHEN REPLACE THE STOCK, as the price of the product changes in each replenishment based on our purchase price.


For new products, the consumer is entitled to the guarantees established by law segundamano For those used items Acre offers a 1 year warranty (only Leica Geosystems products, other brands have a 3 month warranty). This guarantee implies the correct operation in the same conditions as in the same time of purchase.

The guarantee applies provided the product is used under normal operating conditions determined by the manufacturers. ACRE is not liable to the user or third party for the consequences of use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents to persons, damage to property outside the product, loss of profit or loss of profits, damages arising from a deterioration or loss of data.

Warranty does not cover:

ACRE is not responsible for personal information which contains a computer or a storage unit. The Customer is responsible for the data or information in the material to repair and perform the relevant backups.

Cases not covered by warranty:

Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents, electrical accidents mainly due to wear and use not in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
Products modified or repaired by Customer or any other person authorized by ACRE.
Incorrect configuration software / hardware, the Customer, a computer component or peripheral.
Incorrect configuration software / hardware or a computer malfunction caused by a component built by the Customer or a third party.
Infection by computer virus on computers, hard drives or floppy drivers or additional software.
Optical media (CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-R, DVD + R, DVD-RW, DVD + RW) are not guaranteed once the package or carton is opened or unsealed.

If the product is shipped in perfect condition and the problem is configuration, return it to you postage due, and may bill the cost of collecting and labor employed in the check or test the supposedly defective item.
